StoneBridge Senior Living in Jefferson City, MO, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing care on the unit. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, and administer medications under physician orders, ensuring safety and quality for residents.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with CPR and have 2+ years in long-term care. Strong communication, teamwork, and regulatory knowledge are essential for daily resident-centered care and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice
• Current CPR certification; nursing specialty desired
• Prefer 2 years in a long-term care setting
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional materials and regulations
• Ability to document clearly and follow physician orders

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of the nursing team
• Maintains resident safety and comfort per care plans
• Documents medications and treatments per schedule
• Coordinates physician orders and care plans with team
• Responds to resident requests and addresses complaints
• Assess residents, notify physician of changes, implement orders
• Ensures compliance with facility policies and regulations
