Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate and manage nursing care for residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The RN works under the Director of Nursing to ensure compassionate, patient-focused care.

The role emphasizes supervision of CNAs, medication administration, care planning, and adherence to safety policies. Strong communication, leadership and clinical judgment are essential to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state license to practice as an RN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others.
• Plans, assigns and directs work of nursing team members.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments.
• Performs nursing assessments and notifies physician of changes.
• Coordinates care to avoid unplanned hospital discharges.
• Follows facility policies and procedures.
