Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Marble Hill, MO is seeking a registered nurse to plan, coordinate and manage nursing care for our residents. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure safe medication administration, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of resident health and comfort.

The role emphasizes compassion, patient advocacy and adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of nursing team members assigned (CNAs/CMTs/etc.).
• Reports staff shortages to nursing management and assists with evaluations.
• Coordinates nursing care to ensure residents are assigned a capable nurse aide.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments per orders and schedules.
• Follows facility policies and procedures.
