Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a registered nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents in Marble Hill, MO. The RN will lead nursing staff, ensure safe medication administration, and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care.

Qualified candidates will have an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in long-term care. Familiarity with EMR systems and strong communication skills are preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with current state license.
• CPR certification required or preferred.
• Experience in gerontological/long-term care nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess residents and coordinate care with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of nursing staff.
• Ensures medication administration is safe and correctly documented.
• Coordinates resident care and responds to changes in status.
• Maintains compliance with policies and resident safety standards.
