Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our senior living community in St. Cloud, MN. The RN will ensure the safety and health needs of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care are met, supported by a DHS RN and other care teams.

The role includes assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• MN RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments per Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinates resident health services with internal and external providers.
• Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration.
• Ensures physician orders are followed and updated as regulations require.
