Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the health needs of residents in a long-term care setting. The role involves a nursing team and offers casual hours with a minimum of three shifts per month across day, evening, and night.

Responsibilities include monitoring care plans, coordinating medications, assessing goals, and documenting incidents. Must hold MN RN license; BLS required within three weeks.

Competenze

• Current MN RN license.
• BLS certification required upon hire or in process within 3 weeks.

Mansioni

• Monitor residents' personal care to align with each Care Plan.
• Coordinate medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Assess care plans and resident goals; revise as needed.
• Provide reports and documentation related to incidents and changes in status.
