Job summary

Ebenezer Sanctuary of St. Cloud is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care and health-related services to residents in a warm senior living community in Saint Cloud, MN.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility, under RN direction, with insulin/medication support as needed. The role includes the 48-hour biweekly schedule, day shift, and every other weekend/holiday rotation, with opportunities to participate in social activities and resident care

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field.
• Ability to use technology such as computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on MN NA registry and able to meet restrictions for medications and mechanical lifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletries.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility (1-2 person transfers; use of mechanical lift)
• Support residents with activities of daily living as directed by the RN and care plan (blood glucose monitoring, temperature, BP, pulse, respiration).
• Administer or assist with medications under RN supervision; document vital signs and changes.
• Perform home services such as laundry, meal delivery, and meal service in dining room.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to staff; respond to emergencies.
