Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs). The RN promotes, restores, and maintains residents' health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

We offer a newly increased wage scale: compensation $42.00–$50.00 per hour, evening/night differentials, a $3,000 sign-on for full-time and $1,500 for part-time, plus strong benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor residents' clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Assist care associates with routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the resident's EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
