Job summary

North Creek by Bonaventure is seeking an engaged Resident Services Manager to support the Executive Director in guiding our Washington senior living community toward success. The ideal candidate is organized, with strong time management, prioritization, and a proven background in sales, office management, and delivering first-class resident experiences.

You will oversee reception, activities, maintenance, housekeeping, and HR duties, drive census development, ensure regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• Must hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility, desired.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception, Activities, Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments as well as their success.
• Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Compliance with state regulations.
• Always ensuring resident & family satisfaction.
• Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
