Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple WA communities. The role requires hands-on leadership, spending time in each community, and partnering with Executive Directors to strengthen operations, improve census, and elevate resident experiences.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior living operations and sales, capable of building teams and turning goals into action across the region.

Qualifications

• Successful experience as a Regional Director of Operations or an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• CPR Certification (preferred) and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• The Regional Director of Operations manages on-site operations through each community Executive Director.
• They oversee census development, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.
• They inspect operations to ensure excellence and consistency across communities.
• They coach and support leadership to drive regional goals and lasting success.
