Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experienced in activity planning, preferably with seniors.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule; evening/weekend availability.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers daily activity programs seven days a week including a minimum of 5 programs daily on the life enrichment calendar.
• Trains, supports, and instructs team members and volunteers to assist with activities as needed.
• Plans, coordinates, and helps implement decorations for events, seasons and holidays.
• Coordinates family functions and events and quarterly referral events.
• Manages supplies for activities and assists with transportation for outings.
• Leads resident-led programming and collaborates with sales to promote an active lifestyle.
