Sagora Senior Living in Rocklin, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge for Ansel Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will greet residents and visitors, oversee the front desk, and ensure professional communications by phone and in person.

The role offers full-time hours, a Tuesday-Saturday shift, and opportunities to interact with residents daily. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception to ensure professional communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as needed.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds for security as needed.
• Provide information in-person and by phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
