Qualifications

• Leadership and staffing experience in assisted living or healthcare.

• Knowledge of Wisconsin assisted living regulations preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor resident care services to ensure resident needs are met.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Lead caregiving staff and provide daily coaching and support.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Assist with resident admissions, assessments, and care planning.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
