Castle Senior Living in New Berlin, WI, seeks a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator / House Manager to lead resident care coordination, staffing, and daily operations at Grand Hills Castle. You’ll liaise with families, caregivers, and leadership to ensure high-quality care and a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, RCAC, CBRF, healthcare, senior living, or a related field preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, scheduling, or staffing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin assisted living regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor resident care services to ensure resident needs are met.
• Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and care updates.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels and proactively address scheduling gaps, call-ins, and coverage needs.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retaining caregiving staff.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and daily support to caregivers and medication aides.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospice agencies, and other community partners.
• Assist with resident admissions, move-ins, assessments, and transitions.
