Job summary

Country View Assisted Living seeks a House Manager to oversee daily operations, care coordination, staff management, and regulatory compliance in an approved Wisconsin community.

The role supports the Administrator, ensures resident-centered care, and collaborates with families, care teams, and leadership. Requires leadership experience in assisted living, CBRF/RCAC familiarity, and DHS 83/89 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in assisted living, senior care, or CBRF/RCAC environment.
• CBRF certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire (Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking).
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 and 89 regulations and assisted living standards.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator in managing the overall operational performance of the community.
• Serve as the community lead in the Administrator's absence and create/maintain reports.
• Oversee ISPs, pre-admission screenings, and resident charts; coordinate care plans.
• Lead care planning meetings with families and care teams; ensure compliance.
• Supervise, train, and support staff; assist with onboarding and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83/89 regulations and HIPAA; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate medication administration oversight with medication technicians.
• Support resident appointments and transportation.
