Job summary

CIEL GERMANTOWN LLC is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator for our memory care and assisted living community. You will supervise and evaluate resident care, schedule and train care staff, and ensure clinical services meet regulatory and professional standards.

You will partner with providers, coordinate follow-ups, support families, and contribute to a compassionate, compliant, and efficient care environment.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA license is required.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintains CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care plans with providers to meet resident needs.
• Schedule and train care staff; ensure services meet standards.
• Attend departmental meetings and support clinic initiatives.
• Meet with residents and families to address needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain LMS training and attend required staff meetings.
• Identify ways to improve quality of care and workflows.
