You will supervise staff, coordinate appointments, maintain care records, and uphold Frontida’s culture of compassionate, respectful care.

Aufgaben

• Represent Frontida with professionalism, always embracing Frontida’s culture, including “treating others as you would like to be treated.”
• Serve as primary contact/coordinator for case managers.
• Schedule doctor appointments and transportation for residents, coordinating escorts as needed.
• Coordinate physician ordered therapy and new resident assessments.
• Assist nursing staff and monitor staff compliance with company policies.
• Maintain care records including shower sheets, incident reports, DNR bracelets and other relevant data.
