Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a region of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will lead, mentor, and partner with Community Leaders, Home Office, and leadership teams to achieve census, revenue, and quality objectives while maintaining exceptional resident care.

You will drive financial performance, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and travel up to half of the time to support communities and ensure standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care operations.
• Experience in a Regional Manager or corporate level role.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to read and interpret budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with Administrators within the region.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and assist in expense reductions.
• Facilitate communication among Community Leaders and Compass leadership.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ensure communities meet budgeted census, revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, and NOI.
