Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Regional Operations Specialist for Northern CA to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned communities. RCFE licensing and senior living experience are required, with up to 95% travel and frequent relocation possible.

The role emphasizes budgeting, occupancy goals, regulatory compliance, and strong leadership to support residents and teams across California. Base in Irvine with extensive travel throughout Northern California.

Qualifications

• RCFE Administrator Certificate is required.
• Two years of college are required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly is required.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines to protect residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall management and control of the Community, residents, employees, and financial assets.
• Represent the property with outside and governmental agencies, including inspections and plans of correction.
• Promote the property and communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, and team members.
• Coach and direct Community Directors to meet financial, service, and team-member expectations.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet census goals in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Education
