Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and guests to the facility.

• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route the call to the appropriate party.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Maintain resident trust fund accounts.
