Job summary

The Winslow in Fort Collins is seeking a part-time Receptionist to create an exceptional guest experience. You will greet visitors, assist with sign-in, answer calls, and perform clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality of residents.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, screening when applicable, and supporting a caring, patient environment in line with our mission and values. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and ensure visitors sign in and are screened if applicable.
• Answer incoming calls and perform clerical duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and comply with standards for facility operation.
• Support the Generations mission and values in daily interactions.
