Job summary

The Winslow, part of Generations, seeks a friendly Receptionist to create an exceptional guest experience in our Fort Collins community. You will welcome visitors, assist with sign-in and screening when applicable, answer calls, and handle clerical tasks while maintaining resident confidentiality.

You will work as part of a caring team, adhering to our Mission, Vision, and Values, with a part-time Sunday schedule and opportunities for growth within a family-owned senior living company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage sign-in and screening when applicable.
• Answer incoming calls and perform clerical duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents.
