Job summary

Experience Senior Living is preparing The Reserve Strathmore Square to open in March 2028. We are seeking an Executive Director to lead pre-operations, sales, and frontline team development for a new senior living community.

The role includes managing full P&L, ensuring regulatory compliance, building a high-performing team, and delivering a premier resident and associate experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare administration is required.
• Residential Care Facilities certification is required.
• Experience opening a new development senior living community is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with financial and sales goals.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for senior living.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership during pre-opening and launch.
• Lead pre-opening sales and marketing efforts and build local referral networks.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the foundational leadership team.
• Oversee pre-opening budgets, policies, and procedures and ensure brand standards.
