Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic using US units (currency, weight, distance).
• Able to read and follow safety instructions in English.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance and light power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and community areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Collect and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks and exterior areas.
• Notify management about repairs; support basic maintenance tasks.
