Job summary

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and use US units for currency, weight, volume and distance.
• Able to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape-related hand tools and light power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas in a safe, neat, clean condition.
• Provide floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors including vacuuming, extraction and buffing as needed.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks and exterior areas to keep them neat and presentable.
• Perform basic maintenance related work requests and report safety concerns promptly.
