Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Cranford, NJ is seeking a dedicated Porter to support our community by performing cleaning, floor care, and light maintenance across offices, apartments and common areas. You will help maintain exterior grounds and report safety concerns to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, floor care, grounds maintenance, and assisting with routine maintenance tasks while following safety procedures and schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using US currency, weight, volume and distance units.
• Able to read and comply with safety instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks and garden areas.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and landscape as needed.
• Report safety concerns and notifies management of repairs.
