Job summary

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard Certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
• Strong swimming skills and endurance.
• Ability to respond calmly during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool activities and enforce safety policies.
• Monitor swimmers for distress and intervene as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and perform water rescues.
• Administer first aid, CPR, and AED when required.
• Maintain pool area, water quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Report hazards to the Wellness Director.
