Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services in Anderson, SC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a compassionate rehabilitation team. This role focuses on one-on-one, individualized care, developing treatment plans based on clinical findings and collaborating with the care team to optimize residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications
- Degree in physical therapy or related field.
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one on one, with individualized attention through private sessions.
- Individualize treatment sessions to meet patient needs.
