Legacy Healthcare Services in Columbia, SC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver individualized rehabilitative care to seniors in living communities. You will plan and adjust treatment programs, collaborate in care conferences, and provide one-on-one sessions in a private setting.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, PTO with rollover, and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit organization serving nearly 500 communities.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, with private sessions and a functional-based approach.
• Individually tailor treatment sessions for each patient.
