Qualifications

• Degree in the field of study (Physical Therapy).
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized attention through private sessions and functional-based approaches.
• Demonstrate ability to tailor treatment sessions to individual patients.
