Legacy Healthcare Services in North Carolina is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team serving senior residents. You will provide rehabilitative services, plan and adjust treatment programs, and collaborate with clinicians to enhance patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline is required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized private sessions using a functional-based approach.
• Tailor treatment sessions to individual patient needs.
