Job summary

Engage Senior Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide on-site services at Assisted Living Facilities in Salem, NH. You will evaluate mobility, design personalized plans, and support seniors to regain independence.

You will work closely with families, doctors, and the Engage team to ensure safe, evidence-based care, while leveraging EMR and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state PT license.
• Commitment to evidence-based patient care.
• Interest in working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance programs.
• Document patient care in EMR and educate families on home programs.
