Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Client Success Manager, Senior Living to nurture strategic relationships with LTC clients in the Pittsburgh territory. Role requires 60-70% travel within the territory; remote work is not allowed outside the territory.

Responsibilities include developing retention strategies, leading client reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service-level agreements and pricing/contract goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Experience with Long Term Care Pharmacy Services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies with the Director to retain PharMerica clients.
• Manages PharMerica’s clients and customers with the Senior Living team.
• Conducts meetings with assigned clients and documents outcomes.
• Drives pricing negotiation and contract renewals with stakeholders.
• Escalates and resolves client issues and maintains CRM records.
• Prepares quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
