Job summary

PharMerica, a leading pharmacy service provider, seeks a Client Success Manager, Senior Living in Milwaukee, WI. You will cultivate strategic relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention across our long-term care pharmacy services.

Heavy travel within the territory is required to meet client needs. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, document meetings, manage escalations, and deliver quarterly reviews while supporting pricing discussions and contract

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Experience with Long Term Care Pharmacy Services is a plus.
• Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops retention strategies for assigned PharMerica Clients.
• Manages PharMerica’s Clients and customers with Senior Living team.
• Documents client meetings and interactions in CRM.
• Escalates and resolves client issues.
• Prepares quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
• Conducts client-facing trainings for PMC products and resources.
• Supports solution selling or up-selling of PharMerica products/services.
• Ensures a positive client experience and collaborates on corporate initiatives.
