PharMerica is seeking a Client Success Manager, Senior Living to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships across the Vancouver, WA through Portland, OR territory. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and client retention with 60-70% travel required.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care, and experience with Long Term Care Pharmacy services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of client management or sales in Long-Term Care.
• Experience in client management or customer service in healthcare or B2B settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops strategies with the Director, Senior Living Account Management to retain clients.
• Manages PharMerica’s Clients in collaboration with the Senior Living team.
• Documents meetings and client interactions in the CRM.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution processes.
• Prepares quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
• Conducts routine client-facing training for PMC products and resources.
