Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Client Success Manager, Senior Living to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role requires 60-70% travel within the territory and cannot be performed remotely outside the territory.

You will work with the Senior Living team to retain clients, deliver on commitments, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with PharMerica’s pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention strategies with the Senior Living Account Management team.
• Manage PharMerica’s clients and customers.
• Document meetings with assigned clients.
• Deliver on client commitments and service-level agreements.
• Own client issue escalation and resolution process.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client engagement materials.
• Provide training on PMC products, tools and resources.
• Collaborate with billing, credit/collections, contracting, and marketing.
