Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Client Success Manager, Senior Living to build and sustain strategic relationships with our Senior Living clients. The role centers on ensuring pharmacy service satisfaction, issue resolution, and client retention within the Phoenix, AZ territory.

The position requires 60-70% travel, non-remote work within the specified territory, and collaboration across billing, contracting, and marketing teams to meet service levels and drive renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Preferred: experience in client management or client support roles in healthcare or B2B.
• Preferred: licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies with the Director, Senior Living Account Management to retain PharMerica clients.
• Manages PharMerica’s clients with the Senior Living team; conducts client meetings.
• Delivers on client commitments; ensures service-level agreements are met.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution process.
• Prepares quarterly business review materials and engagement calls.
• Documents client retention, upselling activities, and CRM interactions.
• Supports pricing negotiations and contract renewals.
• Collaborates with billing, credit, contracting, and marketing to meet receivable standards.
• Mentors associates and attends corporate events as needed.
• 120-70% Travel: itinerary planning and field coverage within territory.
