Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Client Success Manager, Senior Living in Raleigh, NC. You will cultivate strategic relationships, drive client satisfaction, and ensure ongoing retention of pharmacy services for facilities in the territory.

In this role you will partner with PharMerica teams to meet service-level agreements, manage pricing discussions, and deliver cradle-to-grave client support. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in client management or sales in Long-Term Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries.
• Experience with Long Term Care Pharmacy Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops retention strategies with the Director, Senior Living Account Management.
• Manages PharMerica’s Clients with the Senior Living team.
• Documents meetings and client interactions in the CRM.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution process.
• Prepares quarterly business reviews and engagement materials.
• Mentors associates as needed; travels 60–70%.
