Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Baker/Pastry Chef to oversee the preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts for residents in a senior living/healthcare setting.

You will follow standardized recipes, manage inventory, and ensure high sanitation and safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Experience in large-scale kitchen operations is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts per recipes.
• Manage supplies and inventory levels.
• Decorate baked goods with glaze, icing and toppings.
• Ensure high sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with allergy and foodborne illness training.
• Prepare meals for residents with special diets.
