The Baker will follow standardized recipes, ensure food safety, and assist with daily production to uphold high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior commercial baking experience, a eye for detail, and a commitment to enhancing dining experiences for seniors in a caring environment.

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
