Caring Transitions of Westford – Marlborough is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to connect with referral partners and generate qualified leads. The role focuses on senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, hospice providers, and other organizations that support seniors in transition.

You will travel locally, maintain partnerships, and execute outreach plans, marketing support, and tracking.

Competenze

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office and CRM, project management, scheduling apps.
• Coachable professional who follows brand playbook.
• Grit to solve problems independently in a growing business.
• Strong local connections in senior living and geriatric care.
