Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Denver is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care within a luxury geriatric living community. You’ll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload, with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, offers independence and teamwork, and includes access to in-house continuing education.

Qualifications

• An active or eligible state license to practice.
• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
• Therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
