H2 Health Prime Living in Naples, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for 1:1 care in a luxury Senior Living community. This role offers Part-Time or Full-Time options to support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life through goal-driven interventions, with care continuity across home health partners.

Formación

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
• Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy to residents to maintain independence, confidence and quality of life through goal-directed interventions.
• Collaborate with home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for patients and staff.
