Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist for 1:1 patient care within a luxury senior living community in Collierville, TN. The role supports a geriatric caseload with a mix of orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurology, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome!
• Active or eligible state license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric 1:1 caseload with orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
• Work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient’s functional needs.
