Job summary

H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver 1:1 care to residents in our Pensacola senior living communities, with flexible scheduling and options for part-time or full-time roles.

You will help seniors maintain independence through goal-driven interventions and collaborate with home health partners to ensure consistent transitions and care continuity across the network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
