Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Carbondale, IL seeks an Occupational Therapist for 1:1 geriatric care in a luxury senior living community. The role involves evaluating and treating a mostly geriatric caseload with orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic conditions, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

Independent work and team collaboration are required to tailor care plans. Education: graduate of an accredited OT program; licensure in progress or active eligible license.

• Active or eligible state license to practice.

Responsibilities

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist in a luxury senior living community in Carbondale!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

What You’ll Need:

Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.

Pay Range: $48.00 - 54.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
