H2 Health Prime Living in Carbondale, IL seeks an Occupational Therapist for 1:1 geriatric care in a luxury senior living community. The role involves evaluating and treating a mostly geriatric caseload with orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic conditions, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

Independent work and team collaboration are required to tailor care plans. Education: graduate of an accredited OT program; licensure in progress or active eligible license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for a geriatric caseload in a senior living community.
• Evaluate and treat a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
• Work independently and in teams to tailor patient-centered care plans.
