Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments: resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, maintenance.
• Lead recruitment, training, discipline and coaching of team members.
