Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Lynridge of Murphy in Texas is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community, guiding resident care, operations, and financial performance.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, occupancy focus, and the ability to manage teams across departments. You’ll report to the Regional Director/VP and ensure a warm, secure environment for residents with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in senior housing.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and report metrics.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Oversee management of all team members, including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families; report to Regional Director/VP with reporting metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters; hold regular meetings with staff and residents.
• Be on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies; occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
