Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director at Dimensions Living Kenosha, a 36-bed assisted living and memory care community in Kenosha, WI. This role focuses on leading operations, quality of care, and regulatory compliance within a mission-driven, resident-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing or healthcare administration background and at least two years in assisted living, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
• Minimum of two years of experience within an Assisted Living setting required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience with project planning, development, and implementation preferred.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare partners and interdisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of the operational and financial components of assisted living and long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director to plan, develop, and implement operational strategies that support resident care and community performance.
• Support day-to-day operations of the 36-bed community while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and administrative direction in the Executive Director’s absence.
• Oversee assigned departments and leaders; build relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance; help maintain standards of care and operations.
• Develop and implement community policies and procedures; align operations with regulations.
